Our Story

In 2013, we settled into our home on a beautiful 16-acre property in Menomonie, a serene setting offering dogs the space and tranquility they deserve. What started as a pet-sitting business in 2015 quickly grew into a full-fledged passion—over the past decade, we’ve welcomed more than 100 dogs into our home, treating each one like family.

At the core of our boarding kennel is a genuine love for dogs and a dedicated commitment to offering them a safe, comfortable, and peaceful retreat—where they can relax and feel at home. 

Danielle, originally from the Pacific Northwest, brings extensive expertise in animal care, holding certifications in pet first aid, CPR, and veterinary technology. Paul, a proud Wisconsin native and veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, works for the city of Eau Claire.  He lends his support in the evenings and weekends, ensuring every pup receives attentive, personalized care.

In 2025, we took the next step in our journey by building our small commercial kennel, designed to provide every dog with a low-stress, country retreat. Whether your pup is here for a short stay or an extended getaway, they will experience comfort, personalized attention, and the freedom of wide-open spaces.
